Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Standard Products: You may return standard, non-custom items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. 
  • Custom Products: Custom or special-order products are only eligible for return or refund if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. 

Return Process

  • Request a Return: To initiate a return, please get in touch with us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for bearing the product. 
  • Return Shipping: Customers are liable for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We endorse using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. 

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be forwarded within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be given to the original payment method used at purchase. 
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned in a non-resalable condition or if any components are missing, we may issue a partial refund. 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.  

Defective or Damaged Items

If you get a broken or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will order a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
